Join us as we rally together to support Friends of Joshua House, a sanctuary for children who've faced unimaginable challenges.
🏡 What We're Collecting: Let's bring a touch of comfort and joy to the kids at Joshua House by collecting household items, hygiene essentials, and food items.
About Friends of Joshua House:
In 1992, a compassionate group, including Dottie Berger MacKinnon, Bob Thomas, Olin Mott, Jim Zimmerman, Laurence Hall, Greg Johnson, Alberto de Alejos, and others, came together with a dream. Their vision was to create a safe haven for abused, neglected, and abandoned children in the Tampa Bay community. This dream materialized into the creation of Joshua House.
🌟 Joshua House offers a therapeutic residential group care program, providing a protected, nurturing, family-like environment for children aged six to seventeen. These resilient kids have faced crises, enduring multiple foster home placements.
🏠 With five homes on 11 acres, Joshua House promotes growth, stability, and tailored support for each child's unique needs. Keeping sibling groups together is just one of the many ways Joshua House makes a lasting impact.
🤝 Friends of Joshua House Foundation Inc. is a 501(c)(3) organization, dedicated to developing resources that enhance the quality of life for the children of Joshua House. They raise resources, develop solutions, and stand as a pillar of support for Hillsborough County's most vulnerable citizens—its children.

Our Mission:
K9 Partners for Patriots is dedicated to offering veterans a positive path forward through the experience of training and caring for their own service dog. Within an environment of camaraderie, friendship, and family, veterans transition from self-doubt to self-confidence, and from isolation to reconnection.
